Great condition, hasn't been used for several yrs ( sitting in the shed), slip clutch, tines are all in good condition & arranged like an augur, so no pans underneath. It does an absolutely amazing job, from sprayed out pasture if you wish.
At the end of the day - it does a better job than a power harrow & less power & fuel to drive it
